MALIBAYLI PROJECT
MALIBAYLI PROJECT
Within the framework of the “Great Return” State Program, the next destination for resettlement is the ancient village of Malibayli.
In this village, which was completely destroyed during the years of Armenian occupation, large-scale restoration and reconstruction works are currently underway. At the initial stage of the Malibayli project implemented by Baku Maintenance Service, the installation of all underground utilities - gas, water, electricity, and communication lines -is nearing completion in order to ensure the comfortable return of residents.
Within the framework of the project:
The construction of 282 individual residential houses is planned; works are underway on 127 of them, 19 have been completely demolished and are being rebuilt, while 108 are being restored. At the first stage, 83 families will be relocated to Malibayli. At present, the utility connections for 50 individual houses are ready for the initial resettlement.
Fourteen multi-storey buildings (with a total area of 33,347 m²) are under construction. These buildings will contain a total of 236 apartments - 40 two-room, 118 three-room, and 78 four-room apartments - comprising 746 rooms in total. The apartments will be allocated in accordance with family composition.
In the 6-hectare area where the residential complex will be located, in addition to five-storey buildings, sports grounds, recreational areas, green zones, parking facilities, and auxiliary buildings are also being constructed.
