Novkhani project

Beautification and renovation-restoration works carried out by the  Baku Maintenance Service in the village of Novkhani are being continued in a consistent and systematic manner. The main objective of the project is to develop infrastructure in line with modern requirements and to create conditions for residents to live in a more comfortable and secure environment.

At present, the internal roads and sidewalks of the village are undergoing major repairs, and the asphalt pavement is being renewed. A modern, standards-compliant street lighting system is being installed, which not only enhances the aesthetic appearance but also ensures safety during nighttime hours. Roof coverings of residential houses are being replaced, and restoration works on building facades are ongoing.

At the same time, large-scale greening initiatives are being implemented to improve the overall appearance of the village and to preserve ecological balance. Within the framework of these works, carried out primarily with the cooperation of local residents, various types of trees and decorative plants are being planted, and existing green areas are being restored. Newly established green belts make the village’s air cleaner and its environment more attractive.

As a result of the works carried out, the overall image of Novkhani is rapidly transforming, with the village taking shape as a more modern, and green space. Through the projects it implements in various areas of the capital as well as in suburban settlements and villages, the Baku Maintenance Service continues to contribute to improving resident’s well-being, enhancing the ecological environment, and creating more aesthetically pleasing urban spaces.
